Partners for a more inclusive world

We are proud to have worked, and continue to work with many of the names on this list.

We know we have made a difference, resulting in meaningful inclusive change.

Our story starts in creativity and change.

from 2003 to shaping tomorrow

World Diversity Group, a company forged in the crucible of innovation and social responsibility. Established in 2003 as a pioneering partnership, our roots are grounded in the exploration of the symbiosis between visual and brand design, communications, and corporate social responsibility, as the Diversity & Inclusion sector grew, our work has shaped our sector globally.

Design for Diversity
Our 'start' lies in the establishment of Design for Diversity Partnership in 2003, a dynamic think tank committed to unraveling the intersections of visual design, brand identity, and corporate social responsibility. At its inception, this trailblazing partnership set out to make a difference by offering training in unconscious bias, intersectionality, and ethical community engagement.

London 2012 Olympics and ParaOlympics
Design for Diversity swiftly emerged as a crucial consultancy, leaving an indelible mark on the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The partnership's expertise in diversity training became instrumental in fostering an inclusive environment for this global event, setting the stage for our continued growth.

Transformation into Diverse Consulting
Evolution is the essence of progress. In the wake of our success, the partnership evolved into 'Diverse Consulting.' This phase saw us spearheading projects in accessibility and inclusion consultancy, particularly in the communications and mobile phone sectors. Our influence rapidly transcended borders, marking the beginning of our global consultancy outlook. We helped shape the Digital UK switch over from analogue to digital television, ensuring no one was left behind. We attended consultancy meetings with the United Nations, the European Parliament, and the UK Home Office to help develop the constructs behind protected characteristics in law together with consulting on community policing and legislation. We worked with Sony, Nokia and then Apple to develop new ways mobile phones could become accessible and improve the lives of disabled people.

Inclusion in the Include Group
The year 2010 marked a pivotal moment in our journey as we evolved to become the Include Group, a collective representing over 200 clients worldwide. This collaborative effort expanded our reach and influence, reinforcing our commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion on a global scale. In particular working with Non-Govermental Global Organisations, Human Rights development, working heavily in the charitable and technology sector.

Rebranding to World Diversity
Fast forward to 2023, and we proudly embrace a new identity – World Diversity. This rebranding signifies our acknowledgment of the pivotal role we play in collaborating with organizations worldwide striving to reduce inequality within their ranks. Our commitment to shaping a more inclusive world remains unwavering.
